I spoke to 3 other plumbers, was quoted over the phone (which is risky) and one didn’t even remember who I was when I rang back the next day, another sounded like he couldn’t be bothered. I decided to use LJ Plumbing solutions due to his professionalism and attention to detail. Finding someone who cares about what they do, means you don’t have to worry about what they’re not doing. Believe me, I worked in trade for almost 10 years and I’ve seen and heard some things…. Whether you’re a residential like me, or even a commercial looking for a quality plumber, I highly recommend him. If you don’t believe me, keep reading, it shows in the work he did and the way he did it. I bought an old 1966 home with my partner which had those annoying taps in the wall that make your life harder when renovating. Luke came out for a quote, in fact he was the only one who made the effort, he explained the process would take two steps (because it was a new kitchen install) and sent me the quote right away. First fix: he came out removed the old taps, repositioned the piping and capped the new taps. Whilst also removing the old copper style plumbing. He went over my kitchen plans, marked where it all needed to go and patched up/cleaned all the work he had done. I had forgotten to allocate a PowerPoint behind the base cabinet for the dishwasher, he pointed that out and then proceeded to organise it for me. Second fix: he came back out after the new kitchen was installed to connect it all back up. His previous measurements were perfect and allowed for my under sink design plus all of his plumbing AND the new PowerPoint. The dishwasher hadn’t arrived yet so I told him to leave it and we would install it. Many plumbers wouldn’t even bother coming back to plug in a dishwasher but he said, and I quote “I’ll come back and install it, so I can sleep at night knowing it’s done and working”. You want someone who cares about you and his work? Who is also quick and effective? You found him. Don't waste your time on cheaper quotes with plumbers who don’t even come out and assess it in person, especially if quality is what you’re after. Just call Luke.
